Electrochemotherapy with Bleomycin Supported by NIRF Imaging with Indocyanine Green (ICG)—In Vitro and In Vivo Case Study

Electrochemotherapy (ECT) with bleomycin has been effectively used in recent years to treat various skin tumors. Microsecond electric pulses significantly improve (BLM) delivery and its anticancer potential. Up now, we can determine field distribution the targeted tissue, however, of injected drug is still not well known. In this study, propose combination indocyanine green (ICG) as a practical approach for ECT, enabling control detection. Normal skeletal muscle (L6) fibrosarcoma (WEHI-164) cells were viability evaluation by MTT assay after 24 72 h. Cells exposed ESOPE protocol alone drugs.
